Nexus is LOGI-CONSULT’s 4PL platform, orchestrating and coordinating end-to-end supply chain movements across Africa’s trade corridors. Operating above the 3PL layer and asset-light by design, Nexus integrates a network of third-party logistics providers and other relevant players — from customs agents to corridor authorities — into a seamless operating system. Through Nexus, trade corridors become predictable, governed, and efficient arteries that power both Made-in-Africa products and broader flows of commerce.

Deal Room
Deal Room is LOGI-CONSULT’s proprietary structured transaction platform — our way of giving project sponsors direct access to capital. Projects are listed, vetted, and connected to an ecosystem of capital market actors, including legal and tax specialists, financiers, and strategic advisors. Operating across both debt and equity, Deal Room co-structures every transaction to be investment-ready, compliant, and executable along Africa’s trade corridors.

TradeMatch is where manufacturers connect with buyers and distributors across Africa’s trade corridors and beyond. It is our market activation platform, engineered to structure trade flows by ensuring product readiness, compliance, and logistics support. While Made-in-Africa products are at the heart of our mission, TradeMatch also channels flows from international partners into Africa’s markets — reinforcing the corridors as two-way platforms of sovereignty and global connection.

Navigator Series
The Navigator Series is LOGI-CONSULT’s capacity-building and ecosystem-preparation engine, focused on building trade capacity and ecosystem readiness for sovereignty. It equips governments, industrialists, logistics firms, financiers, and institutions with the strategic orientation and tools needed to operate in evolving trade systems, while preparing infrastructure, policies, and institutions for integration into sovereign trade architectures.
